Not yet received a magazine!

Despite getting advice from you I haven't been able to connect yet! I spent some time following your advice and Eventually gave up. Your service is hopeless.

Service rating : sorry I am very much disappointed & not happy with your service.
Product : In November when I called customer services, and inquired about Computer ACTIVE magazine the person who answered my call said if you pay £3 you can have 3 different magazines 6 each and at the end of it if you like, you can decide whether you want to continue as a regular customer for a fixed payment.
To date I have received only the following magazines:-
computer active issue 461 October & 462 November & nothing thereafter.
Computer shopper issue 336 February 2016 & issue 337 march 2016. I am an old man & am confused 2016 magazines issued even before we see February & march.I am a novice to computing & I need only the Computer Active where I can learn something about computing. Hence I do not require the other magazine COM.Shopper. Please make a note of this & send me only the ACTIVE magazine only. Further I don't need the 3rd magazine he promised which I never received.Please take a note of what I have said & do the needful.

Product : Very sparse compared with in the past. Also electronic version DOES NOT WORK, claims no video card installed - for a magazine?
